Thanks to the integrated development of the machine and control system, the SPEEDIO achieves exceptionally high productivity through faster and optimised simultaneous and tool-changing operations.
Furthermore, the integrated loading system enables automated production in a compact space, thereby reducing staffing requirements in the production area.
A high-performance motor is used for the milling spindle and the turning spindle. The swivelling rotary table offers high clamping force.
These features ensure that the machine delivers high machining performance during complex machining operations or multi-sided machining.
Tool centre point control has been incorporated to support simultaneous five-axis machining.
Intuitive operation is made possible by new apps and a 15-inch vertical LCD keypad.
