The increased travel range in the Y and Z axes, a larger table and the use of the 28-tool magazine expand the scope of application for process integration, such as multi-sided machining, and for production runs with varying product types.
Combined with its wide range of specifications, the machine is equipped to handle a broad spectrum of machining tasks.
The optimised control provided by the CNC-D00 eliminates any losses in all operational processes during machining. This maximises the performance of this extremely reliable machine and ensures high productivity.
A wide range of spindles is available to cater for a broad spectrum of industries, from the automotive sector to the semiconductor, precision engineering and IT equipment sectors.
The NC unit achieves high-speed, high-precision three-dimensional machining or simultaneous 5-axis machining *.
